Our Story

DSN was founded to solve a problem that persists across industries: the gap between strategic advice and operational reality. Too many organisations receive recommendations from consultants who leave before the hard work begins.
We built a different model. Our executives don't parachute in with a slide deck, they take a seat at the leadership table, own the agenda, and stay until the work is done. Fractional in structure. Full-time in commitment.
That model now operates across two distinct practices: Strategic Information Systems, serving mid-tier energy companies and large enterprises; and Health Management, serving medium to large medical organisations globally.
